I'm sure for the folks that work there, what they do becomes a 'job'; that's just the reality. But I hope that every now and then they're reminded of the huge impact they have on people.  The acceptance of my consumer proposal will be life-changing for me; moving from a place of hopelessness to seeing a light at the end of a 5-year tunnel. If I could give more than a 5-star review, I would.  I read through some of the other 5-star reviews and fully relate to the positive comments that radiate from all of them. Many of the comments mirror what I would say.

I will add that LCTaylor literally changed the course of my life for the better. I found myself suddenly in a financial pit brought on as the result of financial abuse that I had to deal with while I was in the midst of legal proceedings for marital dissolution. A major creditor suddenly tried collecting on a marital debt that I didn't have access to assets to pay back. When my wages started getting garnished I reached out to LCTaylor in desperation, feeling like I was in drowning and destined for financial disaster.

They responded promptly, thoroughly, and with empathy to listen to my story.  They took the time to explain my options to me,  which led to them helping me with a consumer proposal as the option that was the best for my situation.  It was accepted, and it was a game-changer!  LCTaylor immediately took the necessary action to stop the wage garnishment and also took the care to handle some loose ends with frozen child care benefits etc.  Within just a few weeks I was back on my feet, making very feasible monthly payments that would lead to me getting out of the financial pit in just a few short years.

I CANNOT express my gratitude enough to LCTaylor.  If they had not helped me through this process I would not be where I am today.
