Licensed Insolvency Trustees

 

Leigh Taylor, Licensed Insolvency Trustee LEIGH C. TAYLOR, B.A., C.G.A., C.I.R.P.

Leigh has been working in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 1975. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba. Leigh began his career as an Official Receiver with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. He is a Certified Professional Accountant, and he attained his license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 1980.

Leigh has been a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) since its inception. He is a Past-President of several organizations, including the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP), the Armstrongs Point’s Association, and the Manitoba Opera. In addition, he served for numerous years as both Rector’s and People’s Warden at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in downtown Winnipeg. Currently, Leigh continues to serve on numerous boards.

 

Jillian Taylor-Mancusi, Licensed Insolvency TrusteeJILLIAN TAYLOR-MANCUSI, B.A., C.I.R.P

Jillian has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 1992. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba. She received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1998, and in 2007 she attained her license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Jillian is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She is also a Past President of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP).

Jillian has held positions on the Armstrong’s Point Association, Executive of her local EDA Riding Association, Manitoba Highland Dance Association, the Holy Trinity Vestry and the Continuing Education Committee of CAIRP. Currently Jillian is the Treasurer for the Parent Association at her daughter’s school.

 

Bonnie HooleyBONNIE HOOLEY, B.S.W., C.I.R.P.

Bonnie has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 1990. She is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Social Work. In 1999 she attained her license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Bonnie has her Foundation Studies in Accounting from the Certified General Accountants (CGA). She is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and Past President of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP).

Bonnie has served on various boards, and currently volunteers in working with children. Her hobby is quilting, her passion is Christ.

CASSIE (SNEZANA) CUPIC

Cassie has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2009. She earned her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2010 and currently specializes in Consumer Proposals.

Her hobbies include travelling and spending time with friends and family.

 

Beverly De'atheBEVERLEY DE’ATHE

Beverley De’Athe has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 1992. She is a graduate of Brandon University. She received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) in 1997.

Beverley currently serves as the Director of Music at Holy Trinity Anglican Church. She is the former Executive Director of the Tiger Hills Arts Association and the Manitoba Association of Community Arts Councils, a Past-President of the Manitoba Choral Association, the Central Manitoba Choral Association, and the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts. Beverley has served as a volunteer board member with a wide variety of community non-profit organizations.

 

Jayne DrulJAYNE DRUL

Jayne has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2001. She received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2008. Jayne has a certificate in Human Resource Management and Management Development from Red River College.

Jayne is an active member of her community. Currently, she is a member of the Vestry of Holy Trinity Anglican Church and Marketing Co-ordinator for Trinity Players. Jayne is also on the Board of Directors for Sopilka Ukrainian Dance School, an active volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada as well as the Treasurer of a local Girl Guide Unit.

 

Ellen HeronELLEN HERON

Ellen is a graduate of the Business Administration program at Red River College majoring in accounting. She participated in the RRC Business Administration New Student Mentorship Program assisting first year students as they adjust to college life. She also took part in the RRC Cultural and Language Mentorship Program; partnering with an international student to enhance their college experience and to develop intercultural communication skills.

 

Sel MancusiSEL MANCUSI

Sel has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2002. He received his Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2008. He began his career in the area of income tax and office management.

Previously Sel has served as a volunteer leader of both the Alpha and the Alpha Marriage Course. As well, he has served on the Vestry of his Church. Sel is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing sports as well as being a spectator.

 

Karen MearonKAREN MEARON

Karen has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field for 20 years. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 1990, and from Success/Angus Business College in 1993. Karen received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2001.

Karen is a long-time volunteer with Prairie Theatre Exchange.

 

Jana ThompsonJANNA THOMSON

Janna has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree from the University of Winnipeg. Janna received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) in 2007.

Currently, Janna is an Articling Associate with CAIRP and is working on becoming a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

Jasmine BegaiJASMINE BEGAI

Jasmine has worked in the insolvency field since 2015. She has more than 7 years of experience in customer service. Jasmine volunteers for the Greendell Carnival every winter. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

 

 

Nicole CaldwellNICOLE CALDWELL

Nicole has worked in the insolvency field since 2012. She earned her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2015. She has a Health Care Aid Degree and a Legal Administration Diploma. Her volunteer work is with seniors and children.

 

 

ELSA CHU

Elsa has worked in the insolvency field since 2016 and has extensive customer service experience. She enjoys travel, having travelled to China and Thailand. She loves to spend time with family, and being outdoors, especially with her dog. Elsa is fluent in English and Cantonese.

 

 

YELENA RIAZANSKI

Yelena has worked in the insolvency field since 2014. She coaches pre-competitive gymnastics at a local gymnastics club. She has also volunteered with various community children’s programs. In her spare time, Yelena enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors. Yelena has lived and worked abroad and is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.

 

 

Sabrina SartorSABRINA SARTOR

Sabrina has been working the then bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2014. She currently heads up the LCTaylor tax department. Her hobbies include watching sports and reading. Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

 

 

Larry StrachanLARRY STRACHAN

Larry has worked in the bankruptcy and insolvency field since 2005. He has undergraduate and graduate degrees in music. He is married with two sons.

Katherine has worked in the insolvency field since 2008. She earned her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2010. Her hobbies include reading, canoeing and spending time with her daughter.
