Leigh Taylor - LCTaylor Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Manitoba

Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT)

Leigh has been working in the insolvency field since 1975. He is a graduate of the University of Manitoba. Leigh began his career as an Official Receiver with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. He is a Certified Professional Accountant, and he attained his license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 1980.
Leigh has been a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) since its inception.

He is a Past President of several organizations, including the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP), the Armstrong Point’s Association, and the Manitoba Opera. In addition, he has served for numerous years in leadership roles in Winnipeg churches. He is currently serving on the William Stephenson Scholarship Trust.

Jillian Taylor-Mancusi, - LCTaylor Licensed Insolvency Trustee, Manitoba

Jillian Taylor-Mancusi B.A., C.I.R.P
Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT)

Jillian has worked in the insolvency field since 1992. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba. She received her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate from Ryerson Polytechnic University in 1998, and in 2007 she attained her license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Jillian is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She is a Past President of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP).

Jillian has held positions on the Armstrong Point Association, Executive of her local EDA Riding Association, Manitoba Highland Dance Association, and the Continuing Education Committee of  CAIRP. Previously, Jillian was the Treasurer for the Parent Association at her daughter’s school and Chair of local dressage club.  Currently, Jillian volunteers with Equestrian Canada as well as a Canadian Youth Mentorship Program.

Bonnie Hooley - LCTaylor Licensed Insolvency Trustee, ManitobaBonnie Hooley, B.S.W., C.I.R.P.
Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT)

Bonnie has worked in the insolvency field since 1980. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, with a degree in Social Work. In 1999 she attained her license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. Bonnie has her Foundation Studies in Accounting from the Certified General Accountants (CGA). She is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and Past President of the Manitoba Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (MAIRP).

Bonnie has served on various boards within her community.  She is Treasurer for Faith Bible Church in Winnipeg, and Co-President of Manitoba Prairie Quilters. She was formerly on the board of Calvary Chapel PCH, and the Board of HBA Association of Manitoba. Her hobby is quilting, and her passion is Christ.


Karen Mearon - LCTaylor Estate ManagerYelena Riazanski
Licensed Insolvency Trustee

Yelena has worked in the insolvency field since 2014. Yelena received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2019 and in 2025 she attained her license as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).

Yelena is fluent in Russian, Hebrew and English. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, cooking, trying different cuisine and spending time with her friends and family.


Elsa Chu- LCTaylor Insolvency Technician Elsa Chu
Court Liaison/Supervisor 

Elsa has worked in the insolvency field since 2016. She has extensive customer service experience. She enjoys travelling, having travelled to Asia and Europe. Elsa loves to spend time with family and friends, and to be outdoors, especially with her dog. Elsa is fluent in English and Cantonese.


Cassie Snezana Cupic - LCTaylor Estate Manager

Cassie has worked in the insolvency field since 2009. She earned her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2010 and currently specializes in Consumer Proposals. Cassie is fluent in English and Croatian. Her hobbies include travel and spending time with friends and family.


Jayne Drul Senior Estate Manager

Jayne has worked in the insolvency field since 2001. She received her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2008. Jayne has a certificate in Human Resource Management and Management Development from Red River College.

Jayne is an active member of her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for M.E.S.A Inc., and is Vice-President and Treasurer of the Sopilka Ukrainian Dance School.


Sel Mancusi - LCTaylor Estate Manager

Sel Mancusi
Senior Estate Manager

Sel has worked in the insolvency field since 2002. He received his Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2008. He began his career in the area of income tax and office management.

Previously Sel has served as a volunteer leader of both the Alpha and the Alpha Marriage Course. As well, he has served on the Vestry of his Church. Sel is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing sports as well as being a spectator.


Karen Mearon - LCTaylor Estate Manager

Karen has worked in the insolvency field since 1993. She graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 1990, and from Success/Angus Business College in 1993. Karen received her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2001.

Karen is a long-time volunteer with Prairie Theatre Exchange.


Dora Bronchtein
Estate Manager

Dora joined the LCTaylor team in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bar Ilan University and has experience in the Finance Field where she worked in City Hall and Municipal Government in Israel. She is fluent in English, Hebrew and Russian with basic skills in Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking in nature, exercising, growing plants and spending time with friends.


Sabrina Rartor - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

Sabrina has been working in the insolvency field since 2014. Her hobbies include watching sports and reading. Sabrina enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

 


Liudmyla Filo

Liudmyla Filo
Estate Administrator 

Liudmyla studied finance at Ukraine’s Sumy National Agrarian University where she earned a Master’s degree in Finance. After graduating, she spent 20 years in banking. She has extensive experience in premium customer service and office administration.

She enjoys traveling with family and friends and spending time year-round getting to know the people and places of Winnipeg and the rest of Manitoba.  Liudmyla is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.


MacKenzie Drul - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

MacKenzie joined the LCTaylor team in 2020. She is also currently working toward receiving her diploma as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.  MacKenzie is actively involved in the Ukrainian community, as a Ukrainian dancer for the past 15 years and as a Ukrainian Dance Instructor for the past 5 years. In her spare time, MacKenzie loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.

Britanie started in the Insolvency field in 2019; she is currently enrolled in university where she is majoring in Business and Administration to get her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is fluent in both Portuguese and English. In her spare time, she enjoys competing in taekwondo, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa started in the insolvency field in 2023. She enjoys spending time with loved ones. In her spare time, she loves to see live shows with friends, go camping and hangout with her cat.

 


Beverly De'athe - LCTaylor Estate Manager

Beverley De’Athe
Financial Controller

Beverley has worked in the insolvency field since 1992. She is a graduate of Brandon University. She received her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate from the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) in 1997.

Beverley served as the Director of Music of Holy Trinity Anglican Church for 26 years. She is the former Executive Director of the Tiger Hills Arts Association and of the Manitoba Association of Community Arts Councils. She is a Past President of the Manitoba Choral Association, the Central Manitoba Choral Association, and the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts. She has served as a volunteer board member with a wide variety of other community non-profit organizations, including the Winnipeg Art Gallery.

Annette Frechette - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

New to the insolvency field Annette has extensive experience in finance, learning and development, customer service and change management. Annette is change management certified, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Winnipeg and a Masters in Education from Central Michigan University. Her volunteer work includes the Children’s Hospital book sale and the ‘Be a Santa Senior’ program.

Abrielle joined the LCTaylor team in 2024. She graduated from high school with a diploma in French immersion and is currently attending university.  In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family, friends and pets. She enjoys playing basketball, watching movies and trying new things.


Larry Strachan - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

Larry has worked in the insolvency field since 2005. He earned a Masters of Music Degree in Conducting from the Shenandoah Conservatory in Virginia. He is the founder of Chamber Orchestra Without Borders Inc. and has conducted orchestras from coast to coast. In 2023 Larry wrote a composition that was commissioned and performed by the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra. He is married with two sons.


Jo-Anne Gzebowski - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

Jo-Anne came to LCTaylor in 2021, with a wealth of experience in customer service. She loves people, and enjoys the interaction with clients and staff alike. In her spare time, Jo-Anne has fun spending time with family and friends both at home and around town. Summer is her favourite season, when she and her husband can get out golfing at various courses around the province, and biking on the Winnipeg trails.


Agnes Pankiewicz
Receptionist

Agnes has 19 years of experience in administration and customer service. She achieved a Management Development certificate from Red River College in 2005.
Agnes enjoys spending time with family and friends and Zumba when she can find time. She loves to travel and in the summer enjoys her flowers around the house.

She is fluent in Polish and English.

Lesya joined our team in February of 2023. She is new to insolvency but has a long-standing career in customer service and office administration. She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian. Lesya enjoys reading with her son as they both are passionate readers and children’s books collectors.


Serena Langley - LCTaylor Insolvency Technician

Serena has worked in the insolvency field since 2017. She achieved her Insolvency Counsellor’s Qualification Certificate in 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Health Sciences from the University of Manitoba in 2023. In her spare time, Serena enjoys singing and playing the saxophone alongside her band at Tabernacle Baptist Church. Serena knows basic conversational American Sign Language.


Jeannette Bridgit
Financial Counsellor

Jeannette came to LCTaylor with thirty years of counselling and management experience. She completed her undergraduate degree in Sociology and Developmental Studies at the University of Winnipeg and graduate work at St. Stephen’s College, University of Alberta with a tri focus on community engagement, education, and counselling.

Her community volunteer work has included The Winnipeg Fringe Festival, The Winnipeg Children’s Festival, Winnipeg’s Model United Nations Assembly (M.U.N.A.), Manitoba Harvest, Ribfest, Rotary Pride Parade task group, Alzheimer’s Society “Minds in Motion” program, coordinator of the “Be a Santa to a Senior” program for 10 years, local and national church committees, boards, and charitable Foundations. She is a past President of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg, past Director of Rotary Community Service and Club Services and continues to be an active participant in Rotary activities and projects.
Jeannette received her Insolvency Counselling certification in June 2024.

Katherine has worked in the insolvency field since 2008. She earned her Insolvency Counselor’s Qualification Certificate in 2010. Her passion is music and her hobbies include attending live musical performances, reading and spending time with her amazing daughter.

Client Support Services Specialist

Teddy joined the LCTaylor team in the spring of 2021. He was just 3 months old at the time, and still had lots to learn. He’s worked hard and is now officially a licensed Emotional Support Dog. He loves greeting clients and other visitors (like the Purolator driver) and is always very happy to play with children if they happen to come in with their parents. In his spare time, Teddy attends school two days each week, where he gets lots of time to play with other dogs, big and small. At home, his favourite activity is chasing squirrels.
